Instructions to Students – End Examinations
Instructions to Students – End Examinations
Students are required to strictly adhere to the following instructions during End Semester/University Examinations:
- Students must carry their Hall Ticket and College ID Card for every examination.
- Students should report to the examination hall at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the exam.
- Entry into the examination hall will not be permitted after the stipulated time.
- Students must occupy only the allotted seat and follow the instructions of the invigilator.
- Possession of mobile phones, smart watches, programmable calculators, or any electronic devices is strictly prohibited.
- Students shall not carry any written material, notes, or unauthorized papers into the examination hall.
- Any form of malpractice or communication with other candidates is strictly prohibited and punishable as per university rules.
- Students should bring necessary stationery items and shall not borrow or exchange materials during the examination.
- Maintain silence and discipline inside the examination hall at all times.
- Students must write their hall ticket number and other required details correctly on the answer booklet.
- No student is allowed to leave the examination hall within the first 30 minutes of the exam.
- Students must submit the answer script to the invigilator before leaving the hall.
- Rough work should be done only in the space provided in the answer booklet.
- Follow all additional instructions issued by the Chief Superintendent/Invigilators.
Note
Violation of any of the above instructions will be treated as malpractice and dealt with as per university regulations.
