Candidates are required to submit the following documents at the time of admission:

A) Original Certificates (Mandatory for Verification)

1. Allotment Order and Joining Report
2. Entrance Examination Hall Ticket (AP EAPCET / ECET / ICET / PGECET, as applicable)
3. Entrance Examination Rank Card
4. SSC / 10th Class Marks Memo (Long Memo)
5. Intermediate / 12th Marks Memo (for B.Tech candidates, if applicable)
6. Diploma / Equivalent Provisional Certificate (for lateral entry candidates)
7. Diploma / Equivalent Consolidated Marks Memo (CMM)
8. Diploma Marks Memos (All Semesters)
9. Study Certificates (from Class VI to X)
10. Study Certificate (Intermediate / Diploma)
11. Transfer Certificate (TC)
12. Migration Certificate (if applicable)
13. Passport Size Photographs – 6 copies

B) Photocopies (Xerox Copies to be Submitted)

1. Student Aadhaar Card
2. Father’s Aadhaar Card
3. Mother’s Aadhaar Card
4. Caste Certificate (if applicable)
5. Income Certificate (issued by competent authority)
6. Residence / Nativity Certificate
7. Ration Card
8. Bank Passbook (Student) (for scholarship purpose)
9. Any other relevant certificates (NCC / Sports / PH / EWS, if applicable)
