Electronics & Communication Engineering

Established in 2005 with an initial intake of 60 students, the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering is committed to providing a comprehensive educational experience. The undergraduate program focuses on imparting a robust technical foundation and fostering research capabilities among students, enabling them to excel in their respective fields.

Offering a diverse range of courses, the department covers electronics, electronic hardware and software, communications, radio and television, solid-state devices, microelectronics, VLSI, and other circuits & systems. These courses span applications from basic circuits to advanced digital satellite systems, GSM & CDMA technology, speech processing, and computer development.

The department is dedicated to fostering students' international competitiveness and cultivating their ability to provide creative solutions to societal needs. We emphasize the importance of universal moral values and adherence to professional ethical codes. Our goal is to generate knowledge and technologies that are essential to both local and global requirements in the field of Electronics & Communication.

Highly experienced faculty members contribute to the quality teaching and guidance provided to students. The regular interaction between students and faculty facilitates the application of theoretical knowledge to real-life situations. Special sessions on electronics, communication, control systems, networking, etc., are organized to enhance students' skills and ensure their placement in renowned multinational companies.
