5. APEAPCET/ECET/ICET/PGECET - Rank Card

6. 10th / Equivalent – Marks List (Long Memo)

7. Diploma / Equivalent – Provisional Certificate

8. Diploma / Equivalent – CMM

9. Diploma / Equivalent – Marks Memos (All Semesters)

10. 6th to 10th Study Certificate

11. Diploma / Equivalent – Study Certificate

12. Diploma / Equivalent – Transfer Certificate (TC)

13. Passport Color Photos – 6 Nos.
